What’s new for week 49:
- We are glad to present the Chat feature in the SeaRates Mobile App for Android. Keep managing any communication about your logistics needs, such as requests, shipment tracking, and booking, on the go!
- Container Tracking updates: We have improved our collaboration with shipping lines, namely Turkon, Sea Hawk Lines (SHAL), Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), Wan Hai, ZIM, and Gold Star Line.
- Air Tracking enhancements: For the API, we have updated our support of airlines, including Saudi, Lufthansa Cargo, Swiss International Air Lines, Juneyao Airlines, SolitAir Express, Plus Ultra, Norse Atlantic Airways, Express Air Cargo, Evelop Airlines, Air Belgium, Royal Air Maroc, and Egyptair.
Other updates:
- For the Geocoding API, our team has made a range of improvements, including processing and updating country and city data in the database, performing extended data imports for ~250 countries, improving search scoring, and much more for your smooth use of the API.
- For the Logistics Map, we've improved performance for all the tabs: Cargoes, Transport, and Warehouses.
- Finally, in the Virtual Office, the Request System was updated for a new level of request optimization.
